Although All Star Bleachers 5 Row Angle Frame Bleachers are designed to be portable, these bleachers can be made permanent by anchoring to a concrete slab or ribbon footing. Made of aluminum, they are designed for years of maintenance-free use. Their standard lengths come in 15', 21', or 27', and can seat 50 to 90 people at a time.
