I am very impressed with the design of this mount. It is holding a 38 pound LCD without the slightest sag. It is strong, yet easy to adjust. We swivel the tv multiple times each day to change viewing position. Very well designed. I used the 200mm X 200mm adaptor plate. Easy to attach. This is a heavy-duty mount.
