Chief makes great mounts. I have 11 in my home: fixed, tilt, and pull out. They're sturdy and well made. Attachments are rock solid; the 'latching flag' gives peace of mind that nothing will fall off the wall. So when I needed a couple of mounts for my mother's new LCDs, I bought two of the MSR Fusion Series.
Chief is great - still the complete experience could be better: there are errors in the documentation relating to specifications (as if design had been modified along the way - but no one looked at the write-ups). Fairly minor things, but confusing in some cases. Also (and I'm sure Chief would say it was the TV manufacturer's problem), screws 'bottomed out' securing back plate to TV, and I had to find washers to prevent that.
What especially frosted me on a mount costing this much was the note: "Lag Bolts and Washers not provided" What?? For the extra few cents to supply 4 - 5/16" x 2-1/2" lag bolts, you impose a trip to the hardware store on customers? Bad idea!
