The only bad thing I can say is that it's heavy and difficult to move. I wish there was a way to lock the vertical travel. I move the tv every time we relocate in the RV. I've pinched my fingers a few times when I pick it up as everything starts to slide (as it should).

Looked extensively for a mount that would tilt up and down, rotate and move up and down, this was the only product I found and it works great with our flat screen TV in a bookcase shelf. My wife can adjust downward for floor exercise and upward when she's on the treadmill.

Mounted a new LCD to it for my wife. She uses bifocals, and was getting neck strain from factory stand that positioned the LCD pretty high off the desk. You stand lets her put the LCD right on the desktop.
It is extremely well made, beautifully counterbalanced, compares well to other mounts costing twice as much.
Service and delivery comments:
I was stunned at the rapid delivery. I went with standard, included shipping and expected to wait a week or so. You stand arrived within and few days! I couldn't believe it.
I will order others from you when I have another requirement.
