Very good product. The stand requires some awkward adjusting to get the monitor perfectly level and centered if you tend to move it around. This is really no big deal, just need a little patients. The unlimited possibilities of positioning your monitor may also lead to one other issue, but it is well worth it. You will probably need a longer video cable.

This is a great LCD mount, sure there are plenty more out there that are a lot better, but their prices reflect that if not more. For the price, this mount got a 4 star rating from me. It does what I wanted it to do, support my Dell 20" LCD panel.\n\nNow, the downside to the mount, if you like to constantly move your monitor around to show others around you what's on your screen, etc. This is not the mount for you.\n\nInstallation is cut and dry, for the exception of loosening the bolts to adjust the arms to the angle that you prefer. With the Hex Key wrenches provided, it's not going to work for 9 out of 10 peeps who try, maybe even 10 out of 10. The bolts are locked in there too tight and the Hex wrenches are not large enough that you don't have a good enough grip to loosen the bolts. Fortunately for me, I own a tool that has an extra large grip for the Hex key wrench to fit in and I still had to put some extra effort into loosening the bolts. When you feel like the Hex wrench is about to snap, that means you're almost at the point of loosening the bolts. Once the bolts are loosen that first time, then they adjust and tighten with ease. That is the only downside I could find.\n\nBottom line, if you are looking for a fairly priced LCD mount and you don't plan on moving your LCD around a lot after it is mounted, this LCD mount is what you're looking for.

My wife has problems viewing a screen with any glare. She gets sore eyes and headaches in just a few minutes at the computer. I've tried different monitors, but nothing seemed to help, even a non-glare LCD. Then I bought her the Neo-Flex. She was able to adjust the distance of the screen from her eyes, adjust the tilt to cut glare, and adjust the height perfectly for viewing with her split lenses. It's a top-of-the-line product at a value price.

Some of the best quality construction I have seen in many years. All metal and nice and heavy. I am using it for a flat screen tv that is to heavy for the ergotron and it still works. Nice to know we can still make great quality products in the USA.
