Scope of Work
- With this InstallCard two professional installers will come to your home to unpack, connect and mount your Big Screen video device (panels with 30 inch diagonal or larger) on a wall. Connections will include existing A/V source and existing A/V components co-located in the same room up to 15 cable-feet apart. Installation includes limited wire fishing, for concealment only, of A/V source and connection cables. Service includes disposal of packing materials, programming of two remotes, and product demonstration
- Wall mounting hardware and flat panel connection cables are NOT included. Contact us for more information, including options for power cable concealment
- 1 year labor warranty on all installations
Disclaimers
- InstallCard does NOT provide additional parts (wall mount bracket, audio or video output cables, accessories, special fittings, mounting adapter plates, etc.)
- Service does NOT include horizontal wire fishing/difficult wire fishing (blown-in insulation, exterior wall) OR brittle material drilling/mounting (brick, block, concrete, stucco, etc.). Extra services may require additional charges
- NOTE: If cancelling within 24 hours of an appointment, a $30 cancellation fee may apply

How InstallerNet Works
1. Pay for the InstallCard
2. Once received, go online and activate the InstallCard (or by phone)
- Provide information about the location of installation
- Provide information about product to be installed
- Pick an Installer/Location
- Provide contact information
- Pick a preferred schedule date
3. InstallerNet calls customer to confirm details of installation and requested schedule
4. Installer calls customer shortly (24 hours) before appointment for a pre-visit survey and to confirm arrival details
5. Installer comes to customer's home
6. Installation is done
7. Customer gives installer their InstallCard upon completion
