I am a writer of nonfiction books and need a convenient place to keep my research materials while work is in progress. I now have three of these trucks and love them. Books, notebooks, folders can be neatly stacked and wheeled into action when needed. "Assembling" consists simply of taking the truck out of the box and popping in four caster wheels. The product serves my purpose fine. I'd like for it to be a bit taller.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was fast, but it came damaged. Like someone threw it off the truck. One corner leg/wheel was bent to a 45 degree angle. I was in a rush and didn't want to hassle the return. The performance of the wheels was not affected, but I think the shelf is a bit weaker now. I sent the company a note, but never heard back until I was asked to review this item.

This is a great product if you need a small storage shelf for books. It assembles quickly and easily (just push in the wheels) and is very sturdy. It is not the most attractive bookshelf on the market, but it does the job.
