We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. Fundamentally, this mount is excellent for wall-mounting the new generation of very large Flat Panel TV's - I'm using it with a new Pioneer PDP-6071 60" Plasma, which weighs approx. 115 lbs. The mount comes with a reference chart for various makes/models to identify the proper screws for attaching the mounting arms to your TV (it comes with all the screws for all the makes/models), as well as extension rails and larger mounting arms to accommodate the real jumbo jets up to 72". The mounting plate itself is completely open in the back to accommodate wiring, and the mounting arms have locakable cams to secure your Flat Panel to the mounting plate...All in all, a very well-designed and solid mount for these new super-sized Flat Panels.\nMy only minor complaint is that when I attached the extension rails, one of them was not perfectly straight, even though there was no apparent damage to the shipping box. It didn't affect the mounting, but if it were off only a bit more, it would have.
