The External Wall Plate Mounts to the outside surface of a finished wood stud or metal stud wall. Models are available for studs on 16", 20" and 24" centers.
The Jumbo 2000 and Slimline products were put through a shaker table test, designed to simulate an 8.0 magnitude earthquake, in compliance with OSHPD’s most current standards. Structural calculations have been completed for all models approved, in accordance with California Building Code.
