Although advertised to fit up to 46" LCD sets, the included hardware is not suitable (came with 6mm screws but required 8mm screws). This also required the slight modification (with a drill) of the TV side of the mount to make the slot big enough to fit the larger screws. The good thing is the screws were easily found at my local[...]and modification of the mount took only a minute or two. Be warned that there is little side-to-side adjustment with a large set (I have a 46" Toshiba mounted with this) but since the studs I needed to hit were perfectly centered in my mounting location, this wasn't an issue. Otherwise than for the above, this is a great mount that I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.

Easy to install. Very sturdy. Not easy to adjust. You must take the TV off to make adjustments. Overall, very good and great for the price.

This mount works perfectly. I needed a mount that would fulfill four criteria: 1) Would fit a Vizio 32"'s unusual (non-standard) 400mm x 200mm mounting holes. 2) Wouldn't be bigger than the TV itself. 3) Could tilt vertically. 4) Wouldn't cost a fortune. This mount fit the bill nicely. I highly recommend it for Vizio 32" TVs (and any other TVs it fits).
