Good, easy enough to install, but despite using a level I had to adjust it in the end and offset the back supports.
Also make sure you have all of your wires to connect because you don't want to take it down to connect anything once its mounted

Unit will not work with Mitsubishi, Pioneer, or NEC 61" units.
This unit is well constructed and easy to install. I thought it would also work on a Mitsubishi PD-6130 since it was only one inch bigger than the specified 60" rating. But I was wrong. The spacing of the screw holes in the back of the TV where too far apart to match up with the brackets of the mount. So don't try it on a 61" TV. It probably won't work. Also, the long allen wrench provided to tighen the lock screws had an issue. The handle part of the wrench was too long and will hit on the wall when you try to turn it. This made for a very long a teadious time trying to tighten the lock screws only one half of a turn at a time. The short "L" end of the wrench needs to be shorter to work effectivley. Other than that, everything was easy to install.

I have purchased two of these Peerless SmartMounts - one for a Sharp Aquos LCD and the other for a Sony XBR LCD. We needed some patience to install the first one, but once we figured out how it all worked, installing the second was much easier. You need two people for installation, especially if you have a large TV.
