Used to mount an 18" TV in the kitchen.

This is used under a kitchen cabinet to be able to swing up to save space. Only problem is that the screws that hold it in the up position need to be tightened occasionally, otherwise the TV will not stay all the way in the up position, but slips back down about half way.

Even in mounted position, TV hangs down far below the kitchen cabinet, so the mount can't be used to hide a flat-panel TV in the space behind the skirt on the bottom of a kitchen cabinet.
I don't even try to use the swinging mechanism because it requires much too much force to swing the tv up and down.
I'm in the process of hand-building my own mount.
