Truck Freight Additional Information:

This product is too heavy/large to ship via the small package delivery services (e.g. UPS, FedEx) so it will be sent to you via truck freight. Truck freight is different than standard UPS, FedEx or US Mail in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck into your house (or wherever it's going).

The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. This stand is used in my living room. It was a very nice addition to the living room. Perfect for the plasma tv we plan to get in the next month or two. The only thing i wasnt to pleased with was the top. It more or less is just held in place by its weight. Not screwed on which was kinda weird because the corners kinda stuck up as if the top board was slightly warped. Which was cured by my 36 inch wega sitting on it. Hopefully the corners will stay down once the tv is gone. Seeing that the plasma will be much lighter.

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery was great. I recieved the stand with in a couple of days. Just had a lil phone tag with ups frieght. Other than that it was fine.
