The design is very practical. It totally fulfills the need for which it was purchased. My experience would rate a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. I am 100% satisfied with the product and thrilled with the price.

The product is everything I expected except someone would need to unscrew the 4 top shelf supports to change the height of the table. Too impractical.

We use the cart to host a video conferencing kit.
Pro: It was exactly what I believed to be ordering, and went together really easily.
Con: We ordered three lights, the power outlets on all 3 carts did not turn on.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was much faster than expected, we received the cart less than two weeks after the order was placed. We ordered three carts, two of them had dents along the bottom of the cart, we believe this to be the fault of UPS shipping the product, and both dents are in areas where they are not noticeable unless up close

We place our table top CO2 surgical laser on top of this cart for use in veterinary clinics. There are a couple of things that would help us greatly. We need a drawer mounted underneath the top shelf to hold extra handpieces and safety glasses, 4" deep drawer, width of cart, to extend 8" underneath top shelf towards back of cart. We place a smoke evacuator on middle shelf towards back of cart. Also, mounting holes for the power strip on back of cart just above opening for cords. The only other thing since space is always an issue in a surgical room would be to decrease cart size to 22"w x 16"d.
The overall quality of the cart is great. With a few minor additions, this cart would meet our every needs.
