MultiScanner i500 OneStep

Find the center of the stud in one pass. Revolutionary CenterVision technology pinpoints the stud center, not just the edge. MultiScanner i500 OneStep is a five-function scanner. Stud Scan Mode finds the center of studs and joists up to 3/4 inches (19 mm) deep in normal mode. Stud DeepScan Mode finds studs up to 1-1/2 inches (38 mm) deep behind drywall, paneling, or plywood in DeepScan mode. Metal Finder finds copper and other non-ferrous metal up to 1-1/2 inches (38 mm) deep and finds ferrous metal such as rebar in concrete up to 3 inches (76 mm) deep. AC Tracing looks only for hot AC to find and trace wires, even when they are in plastic conduits. AC WireWarning continuously detects hot unshielded AC wiring—an important safety feature. MultiScanner OneStep finds the center and edges of studs and joists, finds copper pipes (and other nonferrous metal) up to 1-1/2 inches (38 mm) deep, finds rebar (ferrous metal) in concrete up to 3 inches (76 mm) deep, and detects and traces hot AC wires.
